Shipping and returnsShipping is free to all UK customers and all items of clothing are sent 1st class recorded.
We charge 10% of your order total for shipping to Europe and 15% to USA, Japan, Australia, New Zealand and Canada. Please note that we do not ship to other countries apart from those.
We do try and send orders out within 7 working days but if we do not have an item in stock it may be up to 14. We will get in touch with you to let you know when your order will be delivered.
If you need an item for a specific date please let us know before ordering.
It can take over two weeks for items to arrive overseas so if you are buying from abroad please allow 28 days from ordering if you need your order for a particular date.
Most orders arrive will arrive before this but it is better to be safe than sorry especially if you are ordering for your wedding or special occaison.
If you need to return your order please do so unworn and with tags still on within 7 days of receipt by recorded delivery. We can then either send you a replacement or refund.
Unless there is a fault with the items the buyer is liable for the return postage.
We cannot issue a refund for made to measure items unless there is something wrong with the garment so please make sure you send us your correct measurements.
